Smile – Dental Clinic
The “Smile Dental Clinic” project focused on designing a mobile app for a small dental clinic in Porto, aimed at helping busy individuals easily schedule appointments. User research revealed key needs such as flexible booking, access to treatment history, notifications, and in-app payments. The case study includes user personas, journey mapping, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, usability testing, and design iterations based on feedback. The final product offers a functional, accessible, and user-centered solution that improves both the patient experience and the clinic’s scheduling efficiency.
